Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical product expert for the Registry System
- Develop detailed understanding of all the services offered to both external customers and the business.
- Able to install, configure and run the core Registry System, along with applicable downstream applications.
- May be responsible for modifying/enhancing existing applications for the purpose of prototyping/proof of concept
Manage Product Service Strategy:
- Provide direction to technology teams in defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, platform improvements and customer requests.
- Create detailed use cases, product concepts and functional requirements
- Coordinate, collect and analyze in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
Ensuring High Quality of Service:
- Coordinate/Perform UAT testing of new/enhanced products and services to ensure development aligns with requirements.
- Collaborate with technology/service teams to ensure tools and processes are in place to meet and exceed all contractual SLA’s
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies in existing software/processes.
- Create and communicate management reports to keep all stakeholders abreast of development progress and achievement of roadmap milestones.
- Drive technology and service groups towards a level of excellence that exceed customers and market expectations in order to secure the short and long term success of the products and the business unit.
Skills you must be able to demonstrate:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related role.
- Strong software development background is required Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Well versed in software development and project management methodologies
- Good business analysis skills and the ability to extract requirements via interfacing with the customer
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Detail oriented philosophy and well developed prioritization and organizational skills.
